HOW DO I PICK THE RIGHT SIZE?
Proper fitting is a must for your pet. All items are hand made, so it is possible that there will be some variance in our sizes.
We recommend 2 ways to measure:
1. Measure around your pet’s neck with soft measuring tape. Add about two finger spaces for wiggle room.
2. Take off their current collar, lay it by a ruler, and measure it from end to end.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We accept a variety of payment options. All major credit cards, Cash App, Venmo, and PayPal are the most common forms of payment that we currently accept.
WHAT MATERIALS DO YOU USE FOR LEASHES?
We use BioThane and leather.
WHAT IS BIOTHANE?
BioThane is made from a polyester webbing that is powder coated with either polyurethane or polyvinyl materials. Both are 100% non-toxic. This material makes your leash more durable, waterproof, and easy to clean.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping is based on the weight of your order. We ship through UPS and the USPS.
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
1. Online returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Include a copy of your oringinal order number and reason for return.
2. Full refund will be credited for items returned in new condition, to the credit card on file.
3. If the returned item is not in new condition, it will be returned to you and no refund will be issued.
4. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
5. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
